Chocolate Peanut Butter Mug Cake


  • 3 Tbsp Creamy Natural Peanut Butter
  • 1/2 Tbsp Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • 1 Large Egg
  • 2 Tbsp Swerve Sweetener
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp Sugar Free Chocolate Chips


  1. Add all ingredients except chocolate chips to a microwave-safe mug or ramekin and mix until the batter is smooth.
  2. Gently mix in half of the chocolate chips and sprinkle the remaining on top.
  3. Cook the mug cake in your microwave for about 1 minute to 1 minute and 15 seconds.

We used Lily's Semi-Sweet Baking Chocolate Chips for this recipe.
