Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp Unsalted Butter
- 2 Tbsp Heavy Cream
- 3/4 Tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 Large Egg
- 2 Tbsp Coconut Flour
- 1 Tbsp Erythritol Sweetener
- 1/4 Tsp Baking Powder
- 8 Fresh Blueberries
Directions
- In a microwave safe mug or ramekin, add all ingredients except blueberries and mix until smooth.
- Place blueberries on top.
- Cook your mug cake in the microwave for around 1 minute and 40 seconds or until set. Allow to cool before eating.
