Chocolate Chip Mug Cake


  • 1 Tbsp Unsalted Butter
  • 1 Large Egg
  • 3 Tbsp Fine Almond Flour
  • 1/2 Tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 Tbsp + 1 Tsp Brown Sugar Alternative
  • 1/2 Tsp Vanilla Extract


  1. In a microwave mug or ramekin, add all ingredients except chocolate chip and mix until completely smooth.
  2. Sprinkle the top of the cake with sugar free chocolate chips (such as Lily's Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips).
  3. Cook the mug cake in the microwave for around 1 minute and 30 seconds. Optionally, top with a few extra chocolate chips before eating.
