- 1 Tbsp Unsalted Butter
- 1 Large Egg
- 3 Tbsp Fine Almond Flour
- 1/2 Tsp Baking Powder
- 1 Tbsp + 1 Tsp Brown Sugar Alternative
- 1/2 Tsp Vanilla Extract
- In a microwave mug or ramekin, add all ingredients except chocolate chip and mix until completely smooth.
- Sprinkle the top of the cake with sugar free chocolate chips (such as Lily's Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips).
- Cook the mug cake in the microwave for around 1 minute and 30 seconds. Optionally, top with a few extra chocolate chips before eating.
