Holiday Ham


  • 1 Smoked Ham
  • 1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 Cup Mustard
  • 2 Sprigs Rosemary
  • 2 Tbsp Garlic, Minced
  • Pepper to Taste


  1. Preheat oven to 300F. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl except the rosemary.
  2. Place your ham in a roasting pan fat side up. Rub ham with the mayo-mustard mixture. Place rosemary sprigs on the ham. Pour 1/2 cup of water into the bottom of the pan and place in oven.  Bake for about 15 minutes per pound uncovered.
  3. Enjoy with your favorite Keto sides.
