- Preheat oven to 300F. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl except the rosemary.
- Place your ham in a roasting pan fat side up. Rub ham with the mayo-mustard mixture. Place rosemary sprigs on the ham. Pour 1/2 cup of water into the bottom of the pan and place in oven. Bake for about 15 minutes per pound uncovered.
