Sous Vide Egg Bites


  • 4 Eggs
  • 3 Tbsp Sour Cream
  • 1/4 Cup Monterey Jack Cheese, Shredded
  • 1/2 Tsp Hot Sauce
  • 1 Tsp Sea Salt
  • Tomatoes, Sliced, Optional Garnish


  1. Preheat sous vide to 176F or 80C.
  2. Meanwhile, add sour cream, eggs, Monterey cheese, salt, and hot sauce into a blender, and blend until smooth.
  3. Grease 4 small mason jars with cooking spray.
  4. Divide egg mixture into jars and tighten lids.
  5. Sous vide eggs for 50 minutes. Carefully remove from water and let cool atleast 5 minutes. Top with sliced tomatoes. Enjoy!
