Crab Rangoon Dip

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Crab Meat
  • 8 Oz Cream Cheese, Softened
  • 2 Tsp Mayonnaise
  • 2 Tsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 Tsp Lemon Juice
  • 2 Tbsp Green Onions
  • 1/2 Tsp Liquid sweetener
  • 1/2 Tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 Cup Mozzarella Cheese, Shredded, Divided
  • Sea Salt and Pepper to Taste

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together all ingredients, saving 1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese for topping.
  3. To a lined or greased baking dish, add in crab mixture and top with remaining mozzarella cheese.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes, or until cheese has melted and starts to crisp up.
