Salted Caramel Pecan Brittle
1 Cup Chopped Pecans
1/3 Cup Granulated Sweetener
1/4 Cup Butter
1 Tbsp Vanilla Extract
Sea Salt to taste
Line a 9 x 9“ baking dish with parchment paper
Melt butter, sweetener, and vanilla extract in a nonstick skillet over medium heat until sweetener is dissolved.
Add the pecans and allow to boil for 5 minutes or until mixture turns a light amber color.
Carefully pour mixture into the baking dish and spread the pecans evenly with the back of a spoon.
Sprinkle with coarse sea salt.
Allow to cool completely until solid all the way through.
Break into pieces and enjoy!
