Salted Caramel Pecan Brittle


  • 1 Cup Chopped Pecans
  • 1/3 Cup Granulated Sweetener
  • 1/4 Cup Butter
  • 1 Tbsp Vanilla Extract
  • Sea Salt to taste


  1. Line a 9 x 9“ baking dish with parchment paper
  2.  Melt butter, sweetener, and vanilla extract in a nonstick skillet over medium heat until sweetener is dissolved.
  3. Add the pecans and allow to boil for 5 minutes or until mixture turns a light amber color.
  4. Carefully pour mixture into the baking dish and spread the pecans evenly with the back of a spoon.
  5. Sprinkle with coarse sea salt.
  6. Allow to cool completely until solid all the way through. Break into pieces and enjoy!
