Ingredients
- 2 Turkey Legs
- 2 Tbsp Canola or Peanut Oil
- 1/4 Tsp Hot Sauce
- 1 Tsp Liquid Smoke
- 1 Tsp Worcestershire
- 2 Tsp Sea Salt
- 1 Tsp Pepper
- 1/2 Tsp Onion Powder
- 1 Tsp Garlic Powder
Directions
- Mix all dry spices and the wet ingredients (except the oil) in a bowl. Pat legs dry and rub with seasoning.
- Preheat oven to 350F. Heat Oil in a cast iron or oven proof skillet. Sear legs on each side.
- Carefully transfer pan to oven and cook for 60 minutes or until cooked. Enjoy!
