Oven Roasted Turkey Leg

Ingredients

  • 2 Turkey Legs
  • 2 Tbsp Canola or Peanut Oil
  • 1/4 Tsp Hot Sauce
  • 1 Tsp Liquid Smoke
  • 1 Tsp Worcestershire
  • 2 Tsp Sea Salt
  • 1 Tsp Pepper
  • 1/2 Tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 Tsp Garlic Powder

Directions

  1. Mix all dry spices and the wet ingredients (except the oil) in a bowl. Pat legs dry and rub with seasoning.
  2. Preheat oven to 350F. Heat Oil in a cast iron or oven proof skillet. Sear legs on each side. 
  3. Carefully transfer pan to oven and cook for 60 minutes or until cooked. Enjoy!
