Everything Chaffle with Cream Cheese and Salmon


  • 1/2 Cup Mozzarella Cheese (Shredded and chopped into small bits)
  • 2 Tbsp Almond Flour
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 Tsp Everything Bagel Seasoning
  • 2 Tbsp Cream Cheese
  • 2 Oz Smoked Salmon


  1. Start by heating your waffle maker.
  2. Mix chaffle ingredients well and separate in half if using a mini waffle maker. 
  3. Lightly spray waffle maker with oil, add batter into waffle maker and sprinkle with extra bagel seasoning before closing the lid. Cook chaffles for 5 minutes or until desired crispness is achieved. 
  4. After the chaffles have cooled smear cream cheese and with smoked salmon. Enjoy as a sandwich or like a bagel!

We recommend using this waffle maker since it makes perfect bread slice size chaffles and most of the chaffle recipes will be for 2 of these mini chaffles.
