Cheddar Bay Chaffle


  • 1 Egg
  • 1/2 Cup Cheddar Cheese Grated and chopped into small bits
  • 2 Tbsp Almond Flour
  • 2 Tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Sea Salt
  • 1/4 Tsp Baking Powder


  1. Start by heating your waffle maker.
  2. Reserve a pinch of the cheese. Mix remaining ingredients well and separate in half if using a mini waffle maker. 
  3. Lightly spray waffle maker with oil, add batter into waffle maker and sprinkle the remaining cheese before closing the lid. Cook chaffles for 5 minutes or until desired crispness is achieved. Enjoy as a side or as bread for sandwiches. Makes 2 mini chaffles.

We recommend using this waffle maker since it makes perfect bread slice size chaffles and most of the chaffle recipes will be for 2 of these mini chaffles.
