Grilled Salmon with Sriracha Glaze


  • 4 Salmon fillets about 6 oz each
  • 4 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 3 Tbsp Sugar Free Maple Syrup
  • 1 Tbsp Sriracha
  • 1 Tbsp Lime Juice
  • Sea Salt and Pepper to taste


  1. Rub salmon on both sides with olive oil. Salt and Pepper to taste.
  2. Preheat grill to high and carefully grease the grill.
  3. Mix the syrup, lime juice, and sriracha sauce to make the glaze. Brush salmon on both sides with the glaze .Grill for  about 4 minutes, and flip for another 3-4 minutes.
  4.  Serve hot, with extra glaze.
