Marinated Flank Steak

Ingredients

  • 3 Lb Flank Steak
  • 1/3 Cup Lime Juice
  • 1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 Tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 Tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 Tsp Oregano
  • 1 Tsp Ground Cumin
  • 1/4 Cup Olive Oil
  • 1/2 Tsp Chili Powder
  • Lime Juice for Garnish

Directions

  1. Combine marinade ingredients. Put flank steak into a ziploc bag and pour marinade in, seal bag, and marinate atleast 30 minutes up to 24 hours.
  2. Heat grill to medium high.
  3. Grill meat to desired doneness, approximately 6-8 minutes per side for rare to medium rare or 10 minutes for medium. 
  4. Remove meat from grill and let rest atleast 5 minutes.
  5. Slice across the grain and serve hot, with slices of fresh lime to squeeze on the meat.
