- 1 Small Onion
- 4 Jalapeno Peppers, with seeds
- 28 Oz Can Whole Tomatoes
- 2 Garlic Cloves
- 1/3 Cup Cilantro, with stems
- 2 Tbsp Lime Juice
- 2 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/2 Tsp Salt
- 1/4 Tsp Pepper
- Cut the jalapeno and onion into large chunks.
- Peel garlic cloves and finely mince.
- Place all ingredients into a food processor or strong blender.
- Pulse to blend until salsa is chopped to your desired consistency.
- Add salt and pepper and enjoy!
