Lazy Keto Salsa

Ingredients

  • 1 Small Onion
  • 4 Jalapeno Peppers, with seeds
  • 28 Oz Can Whole Tomatoes
  • 2 Garlic Cloves
  • 1/3 Cup Cilantro, with stems
  • 2 Tbsp Lime Juice
  • 2 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1/2 Tsp Salt
  • 1/4 Tsp Pepper

Directions

  1. Cut the jalapeno and onion into large chunks.
  2. Peel garlic cloves and finely mince.
  3. Place all ingredients into a food processor or strong blender.
  4. Pulse to blend until salsa is chopped to your desired consistency.
  5. Add salt and pepper and enjoy!
