Easy Tortillas


  • 1 Cup Almond Flour
  • 1/4 Cup Coconut Flour
  • 1 Tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 Tsp Xanthan Gum
  • 3 Tsp Lime Juice
  • 1 Egg, Beaten
  • 1 Tbsp Water
  • 1/2 Tsp Sea Salt


  1. Combine almond flour, coconut flour, xanthan gum, baking powder, and salt in the bowl. Mix well until combined.
  2. Slowly pour in lime juice, egg, and water, to the flour mixture. When dough is ready drop onto a piece of plastic wrap and wrap tightly. Put in refrigerator to rest for 10 minutes.
  3. Divide dough into 8 small balls and start by placing one ball between two pieces of parchment paper and roll until it's about 1/8" thick. 
  4. Heat a large pan over medium-high heat. Cook each tortilla for about 45 seconds per side. Serve and Enjoy!
