- 1 Cup Almond Flour
- 1/4 Cup Coconut Flour
- 1 Tsp Baking Powder
- 1 Tsp Xanthan Gum
- 3 Tsp Lime Juice
- 1 Egg, Beaten
- 1 Tbsp Water
- 1/2 Tsp Sea Salt
- Combine almond flour, coconut flour, xanthan gum, baking powder, and salt in the bowl. Mix well until combined.
- Slowly pour in lime juice, egg, and water, to the flour mixture. When dough is ready drop onto a piece of plastic wrap and wrap tightly. Put in refrigerator to rest for 10 minutes.
- Divide dough into 8 small balls and start by placing one ball between two pieces of parchment paper and roll until it's about 1/8" thick.
- Heat a large pan over medium-high heat. Cook each tortilla for about 45 seconds per side. Serve and Enjoy!
