Grilled Lemon Garlic Shrimp Kabobs

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 Lbs Shrimp, Peeled and Cleaned
  • 1/4 Cup Lemon Juice
  • 1/4 Cup Butter
  • 4 Cloves Garlic, Minced
  • 1/2 Tsp Thyme
  • 1/2 Tsp Basil
  • 1/2 Tsp Oregano
  • Parsley for Garnish
  • Sea Salt and Pepper to Taste

Directions

  1. Thread shrimp onto skewers.
  2. Melt butter in a medium skillet over medium high heat. Stir in lemon juice, garlic, oregano, thyme and basil until fragrant, about 2 minutes; season with salt and pepper, to taste.
  3. Carefully place skewers on lightly oiled grill. Brush butter mixture on skewers while they cook about 3 minutes per side.
  4. Serve and enjoy!
