- 8 Slices Bacon, Cooked and Chopped
- 1/2 Cup Slivered Almonds (roughly chopped is okay)
- 1/3 Cup Mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp Red Vinegar
- 6 Cups Broccoli Florets
- 1/2 Small Red Onion, Chopped
- Sea Salt and Pepper to Taste
- In a large bowl, combine broccoli, bacon, onion, and almonds.
- In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, vinegar, salt and pepper.
- Mix dressing and broccoli mixture and stir until evenly coat.
- Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
