Broccoli Salad


  • 8 Slices Bacon, Cooked and Chopped
  • 1/2 Cup Slivered Almonds (roughly chopped is okay)
  • 1/3 Cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp Red Vinegar
  • 6 Cups Broccoli Florets
  • 1/2 Small Red Onion, Chopped
  • Sea Salt and Pepper to Taste


  1. In a large bowl, combine broccoli, bacon, onion, and almonds.
  2. In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, vinegar, salt and pepper.
  3. Mix dressing and broccoli mixture and stir until evenly coat.
  4. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
