Cauliflower Tots


  • 1 Head Cauliflower (about 1 1/2 Lbs)
  • 1/4 Cup Oil
  • 1 1/2 Cup Mozzarella or Jack Cheese
  • 2 Cloves Garlic, Minced
  • 1 Large Egg
  • 1 Tsp Sea Salt


  1. Fry cauliflower rice in 2 tbsp oil in a large pan over medium-high heat, until no moisture left in the pan and they are slightly browned. Keep warm for step 3.
  2. Whisk the egg in a large bowl. Mix in the cheese, garlic, and sea salt.
  3. While the rice is still hot, combine with the cheese mixture.
  4. Scoop little balls of the mix and mold into "patties" flattening them ever so slightly.
  5. Heat  oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the tater tots in a  fry for about 2 minutes, until golden on the bottom. Try to keep them from touching.  Flip and cook for another 2 minutes. Transfer to paper towels to drain and repeat with the rest of the mixture.
