- 5 Tbsp Flax Seed Meal
- 5 Tbsp Unsweetened Coconut Flakes
- 1 Tbsp Chia Seeds
- 1.5 Oz Assorted Nuts (Pecans, Walnuts, Almonds)
- 4 Tbsp Sugar Free Maple Syrup
- 1 1/2 Tsp Ground Cinnamon
- Combine all ingredients except the cinnamon in a large bowl.
- Evenly spread granola mixture on a baking sheet to create a single flat layer.
- Sprinkle cinnamon on top.
- Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
- Let cool to allow for granola to harden before eating.
