Cinnamon Granola

Ingredients

  • 5 Tbsp Flax Seed Meal
  • 5 Tbsp Unsweetened Coconut Flakes
  • 1 Tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 1.5 Oz Assorted Nuts (Pecans, Walnuts, Almonds)
  • 4 Tbsp Sugar Free Maple Syrup
  • 1 1/2 Tsp Ground Cinnamon

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients except the cinnamon in a large bowl.
  2. Evenly spread granola mixture on a baking sheet to create a single flat layer.
  3. Sprinkle cinnamon on top.
  4. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
  5. Let cool to allow for granola to harden before eating.
